February 28, 2012 by Sydney gastrogirl: fried egg sandwiches with bacon and blue cheese. Fried eggs are like crack for me. I love my eggs fried with just a teensy amount of yolk still running. That way, when I put them on sandwiches, the yolk is the “dressing” (in place of mayo, mustard…)
