Fried eggs are like crack for me. I love my eggs fried with just a teensy amount of yolk still running. That way, when I put them on sandwiches, the yolk is the “dressing” (in place of mayo, mustard…)

My second favorite part of Easter (behind Jesus) is Cadbury eggs. Especially those crunchy-coated robin’s eggs.
This reminds me of my Oxford breakfasts!
