I got the urge to bake something at 2am last night because I’d been watching Kitchen Nightmares with J. I went with some simple pumpkin pasties to use up the pie dough I had in the fridge. I just baked up the standard pumpkin pie recipe on the can of mooshed pumpkin, then wrapped a spoonful of it (after it had cooled!) in a circle of pie crust, crimped them closed and baked them up till they were done. They are delicious and easy to make!
Yummy-yummy! Must try (since I already love meat pasties).
