Daily Design: Chalkboard Wall

Let us have a talk, my readers, about the one design element I know I must have in my future home…
…a chalkboard wall.
No, I don’t want a classroom sized chalkboard. I want a wall painted in chalkboard paint. Pretty easy. Not much to ask of my future abode.
I think it would work best in the kitchen, used as a means of communication and silly drawings, or in a game room, used as a means of just silly drawings.
I think it’s an easy way to add whimsy to a room, and it’s just paint!

What I Wore: April 30, 2012

equals my date night outfit from today! A little flirty, a little fun, a lot of blue. Usually, I’m not so matchy-matchy with the colors (orange and blue are one of my favorite color pairings), but today, I felt like it. I also wore a gold headband, (fake) diamond stud earrings, and nude sandals.
